Ingram Micro Cloud recognizes Vicky Critchley, CEO of global IT firm Bam Boom Cloud, for the Most Valuable Woman of the Year Award.

Bam Boom Cloud announced today that its CEO Vicky Critchley has received the MVP Woman of the Year Award at the Women in Cloud Awards, presented at the Ingram Micro Cloud Summit ‘22 in Miami Beach, Florida, 17-19 May.

The Ingram Micro Cloud Summit ’22, marks the first ever Women in Cloud Partner Awards, celebrating the achievements of individuals and businesses within Ingram Micro Cloud’s ecosystem on their outstanding efforts to support women in the community. This year’s honorees are all high-achieving individuals and partners who have displayed extraordinary levels of innovation, leadership, and advocacy for Women in Cloud in 2021, in addition to excelling in attributes of their winning category.

The Women in Cloud MVP Woman of the Year Award category recognizes one individual female seen as the most valuable player and provides immeasurable inspiration to her team and organization.

Vicky Critchley was recognized for helping Bam Boom Cloud develop a reputation not only for customer excellence, but also as an inclusive and progressive workplace. By committing to building a diverse workforce, Vicky takes a proactive and hands on approach to helping women thrive in tech. Under her leadership, the percentage of women in the global team has grown to 33%, with over half of senior management positions held by women. She’s an advocate of people being their authentic selves at work, placing an emphasis on a culture that values empathy, trust, clarity and kindness.
