United Corporation is an international energy services provider operating as a specialist Procurement Services organisation to the energy industries.
Based in the UK and Qatar, United Corporation is a cost-effective Supply and Logistical resource providing a bespoke procurement service. The company specialises in the supply of equipment, process plant, machinery and refinery spares to the oil and gas industry.

CHALLENGE
United Corporation reached out to us because they had lost access to their incumbent IT provider.
Unfortunately, the IT business had stopped trading and had left them without any access support.
United Corporation also had old / new servers and on-premises hardware that meant they had limited flexibility when it came to working remotely.
It also meant that they had a whole lot of issues with systems infrastructure.

SOLUTION
Bam Boom Cloud were able to help move United Corporation to Microsoft 365. We onboarded them into our Helpdesk, managed to get access to all key systems and also gave them strategic direction on how to improve their IT systems.
We provided some fantastic support on the service desk as well as migrating part of their systems to the cloud to help with remove working.
The transition enabled them to be more productive and enabled them to efficiently work remotely. We’ve also provided them with consultancy services which have helped with their business expansion plans.
