International Underwriting Association of London (IUA), are a representative and market organisation for non-Lloyd’s international and wholesale insurance and reinsurance companies, operating in the London Market.
They help promote and enhance the business environment for insurance companies and drive market modernisation for how insurance premiums are transacted.

IUA previously had Dynamics GP, which was an old system and would no longer communicate with HMRCs new MTD systems.
So they needed to move to a new system that was fully MTD compliant and could file tax returns directly with HMRCs systems.

By moving to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, IUA now have a system that is fully MTD compliant and allowed submissions to HMRC.
But more than that, it now allows them to have much more detailed and automated reporting tools, saving a lot of time compared to manually downloading data and using Excel.
