CURRENT UK ROLES

Business Applications Client Success Manager Administrator

CONTRACT TYPE: Full time

SALARY: £16-19k

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an extraordinary Business Applications Client Success Manager Administrator to join our BAM-ily and this is where you come in: 

We want you to help us do these things…

– Manage around 20 Business Application Client Accounts Helping the wider Client success team maintain strong processes, while embracing change where it is required. 

– Helping your clients to optimise their use Microsoft business applications (Business Central) using your business and finance knowledge. 

– Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients while identifying areas that clients could benefit from additional services. 

– Working with internal stakeholders to make sure clients are kept happy and work is complete on time. 

– Be the first point of liaison between your client at the wider business keeping them informed and up to date on project progress, new technologies and innovations. 

– Learning all about our services and finding other areas that clients may benefit from our services outside of Business Central. 

There is potential to be added into a commission plan. 

Note that you will not be a lead on any project. 

 

As evidenced by these metrics…

– Client retention. 

– Clients showing signs of progressing with their product / use of BC / add on sales post-go live. 

 

What kind of person are we looking for?

– The perfect person for this role has a natural ability to build strong relationships with people and knows how to go above and beyond in “wow-ing” our clients. 

– Has great organizational skills and the ability to be frank and honest with people to manage expectations. 

– Have the want and drive to keep learning, not being afraid to ask questions and learn from mistakes.  

– Confidence, reliability and team spirit are musts. 

  

What experience, qualifications and skills are needed?

– A finance qualification would be great. Knowledge of the wider Microsoft Ecosystem. 

– Have a track record of communicating effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally. 

– Knowledge of Business Finance and/or Business Operations and Processes are essential, knowledge of ERP systems such as MS NAV or Business Central and/or Finance qualification would be a huge bonus.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

CONTRACT TYPE: Full time

SALARY: £21-23k

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an extraordinary Technical Project Coordinator to join our BAM-ily and this is where you come in:

We want you to help us do these things…

To use Project Service Automation software to help us deliver our Microsoft Business Central projects successfully.

Liaise internally with our Consultants and Developers to ensure all projects are smooth sailing and problem-free!

Send clear, friendly and regular client communications.

Provide the business with project updates on budget, issues and any imminent risks.

Have the flexibility to work on a non-standard working day on occasion – We work closely with our US team, so we have a slightly later working pattern than standard for part of the week.

What kind of person are we looking for?

Being a strong communicator is key!

The perfect person will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love being part of a team.

You should embrace change, as well as process.

Be a proven problem solver.

What experience, qualifications and skills are needed?

We’d love for you to have experience in project coordination, resourcing, or working in a development environment;

Have a track record of communicating effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally;

An understanding of project methodology;

Understand the challenges of resourcing.

A Prince2 foundation qualification would be great.

Experience with any other project methodologies would also be really useful.

Experience of working in a project team.

Experience working with the Microsoft suite and other bespoke software or systems.

NOTE:

You’ll also be working with the US team, so slightly later working pattern could be likely for part of the week.

DYNAMICS SALES CONSULTANT

CONTRACT TYPE: Full time
SALARY: £25k-£35k

We are looking for an extraordinary Dynamics Sales Consultant to join our BAM-ily and this is where you come in:    

We want you to help us do these things…   

 – Quickly understand the needs of a client’s business and help them get the most value from Dynamics Sales out-of-the-box.  

– Provide quality Dynamics Sales training and training materials.  

– Provide advice and insight backed by real world/project experience.  

– Take responsibility for the delivery and success of Dynamics Sales implementations.  

– React and respond quickly to situations that may affect the project process.  

– Capture and write up change request scopes for minor customisations.  

– Build and maintain great relationships with clients during projects.  

– Work with the team, co-ordinating with other consultants and team members on projects – your own, and theirs!  

– Keep up with new releases of Dynamics Sales and associated technologies.  

– Share knowledge and support other team members.  

 

What kind of person are we looking for?

 – Quick learner

What experience, qualifications and skills are needed?

 – Dynamics Sales (Professional or Enterprise) experience, including configuration of the solution. 

– Business qualification or demonstrated knowledge of Sales and Marketing fundamentals is essential (Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quote-Order, Activities). 

– Excellent communication skills. 

– Strong Excel/Data handling skills. 

– Power BI experience is desirable. 

 

Here’s some slightly less interesting but still important stuff we need to tell you:

The role is full time, permanent, 37.5 hours/week. Depending on where you live, you’ll either be home-based or based at our office location in Derby (or a mix of both!) – though you can work from where you choose, when you choose. Salary is dependent on experience. We’ll provide all the equipment you need to do your job (phone, laptop etc.).

BUSINESS APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST

CONTRACT TYPE: Full time

We are looking for an extraordinary Business Applications Specialist to join our BAM-ily and this is where you come in:

So what do we need from you?

The perfect person will be fun, Dynamic (pun very much intended!). We’d love for you to have Business Central experience, particularly on SaaS. You should love new ways of working and be open to learning new things.

Our implementations are fixed price and fixed scope. This means the way we work is a little different to a ‘traditional’ NAV or Business Central partner. We don’t look to sell more days on projects, we instead look for high volume of implementations. The important skills are therefore being able to understand a customer’s business and how we’ll be able to configure our packs to suit their desired outcomes and business pain points.

This means a different way of thinking, where the customer experience and efficient delivery of implementation is more important than an extremely deep technical knowledge.

We don’t need sticklers for ‘how they’ve always done it’. We are constantly innovating and improving how we deliver, sell and support Business Central. We want you to contribute to that.

Career progression will be in your hands – if you want to go deeper into your role e.g., learning more technically, that’s fine. If you want to take on more responsibilities for the team, that could work too. If you want to broaden your role, and do more within your day-to-day responsibilities, that works!

What we need more than anything is a willingness to work with the team, be flexible, get stuck in and deliver to a high standard.

And what will you actually do?

You’ll be working as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications consultant in the New Business Team helping clients move from their current, outdated accounting systems.

You’ll be finding out your prospects pain points to understand what their objectives are. Why are they moving systems, why have they come to us, how can we help them?

You won’t need Sales experience for this role – we can help you with that! And ironically, we don’t like to “sell” as such – we just need someone who loves talking to people, can build a connection with a prospect quickly, and someone who can educate them about our approach and how we implement the system.

You’ll be juggling lots of opportunities at the same time – so being organised and having a positive outlook is key – and don’t be afraid to ask those stupid questions, working together is how we roll here at Bam Boom Cloud!

Integrity means everything to us – so you will need to do what you say you are going to do. This may involve coordinating with other departments in the wider team, putting your excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills to good use!

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ADMIN SUPPORT

We’re looking for a new team member to join our account management team in an admin role. This is great entry level position and is part of the government Kickstart scheme. As part of this scheme, applications are only open to 16-24 year olds that are currently on Universal Credit.
