CEO, Vicky Critchley, shares why she and her team are so passionate as an award-winning Microsoft partner to empower women in technology and help underserved small and medium businesses accelerate growth.

Bam Boom Cloud CEO, Vicky Critchley, is no stranger to overcoming barriers or pioneering change in the technology industry. As the only female in her computer science courses, she earned her degree and moved up the ranks in the fast-paced world of Silicon Valley leading her to launch her own successful business. Vicky says she is really a “tech geek” with a passion for helping others overcome challenges and get to the next level whether it’s a fellow entrepreneur, a young member of her team, or her fellow women in technology.
“Leading by example is very important to me. I’m fortunate to have such an experienced and talented leadership team and employees who all share this crazy idea that we can make a difference for businesses, our community, and each other. Blending passion with purpose is the foundation of our diverse culture and our clients seem to really appreciate that,” Vicky shares.

Many of the consultants are also accountants and entrepreneurs which gives the team a deeper understanding of how to help organizations through their entire digital and business transformation journey.
