IS ZETADOCS AVAILABLE IN THE US AND CANADA?
Yes, ZetaDocs is available in both regions and is compliant with tax regulations.
HOW DOES ZETADOCS COMPARE TO SAP CONCUR?
SAP Concur is like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut – it isn’t really aimed at SME businesses – more enterprise level organisations – so it’s not really a Business Central tool. Also, Zetadocs integrates directly with Business Central, whereas SAP Concur would require customisation in order to integrate with Business Central.
DOES ZETADOCS HAVE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF USERS?
No, you can have as many users as required.
CAN YOU SPECIFY MULTIPLE SHAREPOINT DOCUMENT LIBRARIES AND/OR SUB FOLDERS FOR OCR?

No. When you create the claim, enter the start address as the office – so you get paid for what you can claim.
IF ZETADOCS OCR GIVES THE WRONG INFORMATION AND YOU EDIT IT ONCE, WILL IT THEN LEARN FOR THE NEXT TIME THAT A SIMILAR INVOICE COMES IN?
