WHAT IS DIGITAL CULTURE?

For most of us, it’s just the stuff of life. It’s with us every day in every way, from the internet and PCs to smartphones and TVs. It shapes how we behave, think, interact and communicate with people. At home. At work. At leisure. User-generated content is a digital cultural phenomenon. We don’t even think about it.

WHY IT MATTERS TO YOUR BUSINESS?

A flourishing Digital Culture means that we are better networked and collaborate more. Productivity booms and engagement smashes through the roof. Get this right in business and you accelerate to the superhighway of digital adoption. You steal a march on your competition. You work smarter. Better than that, humans and tech complement each other rather than squaring up in a surreal stand-off.

As a result, your business is more outward looking and bolder in its decision-making (it’s OK to take risks, fail fast, learn and go again). There is less planning and more actions. Things get done.

“When CEOs lead digital transformation, adoption hits 80%. When they don’t, it’s a pathetically poor 10%.”

WHERE TO START?

We’re at this cool point of tectonic change in activities and behaviours. You need to have your tech in place to support your journey. And your Digital Strategy must be aligned to your vision. Think about how and where you want your people to work and collaborate. Then factor into your plan the adoption of your chosen tech (as this can be a real pain point).

HOW WE CAN HELP

Well, we’re on this journey ourselves. And we have been for over 25 years. So we won’t give you tech manual to digest, instead we’ll collaborate and participate with you to make it happen. The thing is, a strong Digital Culture is a sign of high-performance. Jump on board. Hit the gas. Be there on 20th March.
