Most of all though, we genuinely believe we offer something different. We focus on our customer journey. From start to finish we understand what the customer needs are and target their pain points into solutions.
So, what do we need from you?
The perfect person will be fun, Dynamic, quick learner, and have a passion for IT. You should love new ways of working and be open to learning new things.
You will be required to be able to understand a customer’s pain points and putting a stop to them, with the very best communication over phone and email leaving a WOW on the customers lips every time they log a support query. We are everything support, from start to finish we offer our customers the level of service that they deserve, and we need YOU to help with this.
It’s not just about having technical knowledge; it’s about proactively helping customers through issues and building rapport with each one of our clients every time you resolve a certain issue.
Career progression will be in your hands – if you want to go deeper into your role e.g., learning more technically, that’s fine. If you want to take on more responsibilities for the team, that could work too. If you want to broaden your role, and do more within your day-to-day responsibilities, that works!
What we need more than anything is a willingness to work with the team, get stuck in and deliver to a high standard.
Some technical experience is required for this role to hit the ground running.
And what will you actually do?
- Working with Active Directory, processing new starter requests and leaver request tickets
- You will be handling all our automated alerts through to the service desk. This includes backup requests, server alerts and diskspace queries.
- There will be an element of answering the phones when our customers call through. Providing excellent telephone manner, no matter the situation.
- Overseeing some of our high priority change requests. This includes password resets that need to be actioned as soon as they come through to the service desk.
- Dedicated support to one of our biggest customers.
- Working closely with the rest of the support team to hit targets
- Taking ownership of first responses that come into the support desk
- Actively investigating new issues via google and other forms of investigation.
No two days are the same in the support team, it is a fast-paced position, but nothing is more rewarding than seeing a happy customer at the end of a difficult ticket.
Here’s some slightly less interesting but still important stuff we need to tell you:
The role is full time, permanent, 37.5 hours/week. We’ll provide all the equipment you need to do your job.
We also organise social parties for all our team members across the globe so be prepared to be wowed.
