It’s a fast-tracked training programme. These are all led by a senior consultant to give you the best training possible. Get your notebooks at the ready as you are in for an amazing journey!!
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN
AT THE ACADEMY
Initially the program starts with 5 weeks of content.
During this time there is also a chance to take a Microsoft Fundamentals exam. This shows you mean business in this industry and really shows how far you have come in such a short period of time.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE INITIAL TRAINING?
After the training programme, you get to sit with our existing support team. This allows you to see real work problems from some of our existing clients.
You learn so much from the pain points those clients face so it’s down to you to put all your new knowledge to the test and offer that world-class customer experience.
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE PROGRAM?
AT THE ACADEMY
You have reached your 12-month mark. Time to think about your future.
At this point, you will have had exposure to all the different roles, whether that’s: Account Management, consultancy, Support, Sales, Development. The list goes on. You now have a chance to pick a future training programme. Targeted towards either the front-end system or the back-end technical aspects. Both of which have an amazing potential for growth, and both come with different training to give you the support you need.
